  • Provisions explicitly prohibiting the generation or export of offensive, illegal, or non-educational content using platform generation tools.
  • Prohibition of account-sharing between teachers or unauthorized external parties.

Teacher OS Ownership

Platform code, AI generation models, interfaces, and branding belong exclusively to Teacher OS.

Output Rights

Teachers/Schools retain a non-exclusive license to use generated lesson plans, assessment forms, MCQs, and exams for educational purposes.

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated materials are instructional tools requiring human review before distribution to students.

  • Acknowledgment that the subscribing School Administration holds supervisory rights over accounts, including access to generated content, logs, and activity metrics.
  • Standard SLA disclaimers regarding platform uptime, scheduled maintenance, and limited liability for minor service interruptions.

Privacy Policy

Account Data

Teacher name, institutional email address, assigned subject/grade levels, and school ID.

Platform Activity & Usage Logs

Record of created materials (lesson plans, MCQs, exams), generation frequency, and feature engagement.

Administrative Broadcasts

Logs of announcements sent by the school administration and read-receipt indicators.

  • Personal usage metrics, generated documents, and system interactions are visible to authorized School Administrators.
  • Absolute restriction against selling teacher or student data to third-party advertisers or commercial entities.
  • Disclosure of cloud hosting providers and underlying AI model APIs used for content generation, operating under strict data-processing agreements.
  • Storage protocols (e.g., encryption at rest and in transit) for all school materials.
  • Rules on data retention and deletion upon contract termination or offboarding by the School Administrator.
